David Robert Nicholson was born on April 9, 1954. He was a loving and devoted Dad to Rachel, Robert and Daniel, a much-loved son, cherished brother, and a respected and treasured friend and colleague.
He will be remembered in many ways by many people, but his infectious and inspiring enthusiasm for life will never be forgotten.
